人居环境——以人为本 展现文化 感受艺术

随着房地产业的发展,与之配套的园林环境也得到了长足的发展。居住区的园林环境应关注人的生存状态和生活质量,重视居住区园林设计的生态性、文化性及艺术性,注重园林设计的因地制宜和人性化设计以及创新精神,使居住者生活在一个充满自然生机、精神文化和感觉艺术的健康小区中……     

浅谈住宅景观的人性化设计

住宅小区是与人们日常生活关系最为密切的场所,其环境不仅要满足人的生理需求,还要满足不同地域、不同年龄的人的心理需要,人性化设计是住宅景观设计最根本的原则。     

对现行居住区规范中日照问题的几点探讨

近年来，居住区日照采光问题引发诸多争议，成为一个令政府管理部门、规划设计工作者、居民及房地产商都备感困惑的难题。解决居住区的日照采光问题，需统一国家规范和标准，制定适宜的地方详细技术规定，增强各类标准与规范的科学性、合理性和可操作性。     

Estimating space heating determinants: An analysis of Greek households

The purpose of this paper is to estimate the main determinants of households’ residential consumption for space heating in Greece employing cross-section data for 2003. In the empirical analysis household space heating consumption models are employed, using OLS, probit, tobit and quantile regression techniques. The results show that demographic and economic variables such as age of the respondent, family size and households’ annual income are suitable to explain differences towards oil consumption for space heating. In addition, the results suggest that dwelling's size and rate of occupancy are positively associated with the amount of oil that Greek households consumed in order to achieve a significant level of heat comfort for their house. By evaluating household's decision-making process with regard to space heating consumption we are able to propose an effective energy policy framework.     

Experimental investigation of lightweight residential floors supported by cold-formed steel C-shape joists

Presented in this paper are the experimental results of a recent study carried out at the University of Waterloo on vibration characteristics of cold-formed steel-supported lightweight residential floor systems. Laboratory tests were conducted for floors with different spans and assemblies to identify the critical parameters that contribute to the control of floor vibration. Both static and dynamic tests were carried out on the floor systems. On-site tests were also conducted in this study to substantiate the results obtained in the laboratory tests and evaluate the actual vibration performance of cold-formed steel-supported lightweight residential floor systems.     

可持续发展的生态住宅——西南名苑

利用自然资源,构筑健康、舒适和可持续发展的生态住区,是我国现阶段城镇居住区建设发展的总趋势。文章以西南名苑建造工薪阶层买得起的健康、舒适住宅为例,从利用社区、交通等既有资源、引用自然水系、精心营造生态环境等方面对西南名苑的特色进行了阐述。     

化粪池污泥作用与清掏周期的研究

化粪池污泥清掏周期即污泥在化粪池内平均停留时间,该指标直接影响污水在化粪池中的停留时间,进而影响化粪池出水水质.《建筑给水排水设计规范》(GB 50015-2003)只规定了化粪池最小清掏周期而未对最大清掏周期给予规定.工程实践表明,这对污水合流制小区物业管理、保证化粪池出水水质十分不利.结合苏州20多个小区合流污水改造工程进行了研究,提出了化粪池最大清掏周期的概念,并对其计算公式进行了推导.     

浅谈城市居住社区的文化定位

我国住宅市场正由“居者有其屋”向“居者优其屋”方向发展,步入小康阶段的城市社区在策划时已将文化定位问题提上议程。文化定位的背景研究涉及到:原生城市传统文化的变异和回归,现代城市文化的主要特征,多元共生的社区文化。文化定位的策划应遵循转型期城市多元文化、社区文化归属是当代中国城市人群聚居的主要因素之一等总则,并针对经济适用社区、白领社区、移民社区、特殊社区等拟定不同的细则。     

Redevelopment of public housing estates: The Australian experience

This paper provides an overview of some key aspects of the different contemporary approaches being utilised across the Australian States to redevelop public housing estates. Questions are raised about the effects of the projects on existing and future tenants, both in terms of the strategies used to address particular concentrations of disadvantage on the estates and the success in maintaining the current and future supply of public housing stock. In addition, the study points to the need for further evaluation of the approaches used in redevelopment, as currently little is known about the success or otherwise of the projects.     

广州珠江御景湾小区规划与建筑创作手记

本文通过实例“操作”表达作者对居住区规划、居住建筑设计与城市空间、自然生态环境关系的思考。以业主对开发项目较高的标准为契机，规划师／建筑师更集中地关注居住环境与城市环境、自然环境的相互影响，着力研究如何使得规划、建筑与城市、自然环境共生，进行实践性的探索。
